Opening
ceremony, August 8th
2004 Welcome! Inger
Johanne Christiansen, the president of the Norwegian IAML Branch and the
chairperson of the Organizing Committee, welcomed the delegates to the
opening ceremony of the Congress in the hall of The University Library -
and to Oslo, the viking capital.
